You will be asked in your reservation form to confirm your arrival time, to ensure everything is ready for your stay. Our properties are usually self-check in; however, we are local and are on hand throughout your stay, we may be able to check you in personally from time to time, however we do like our guests to enjoy their personal space and convenience. Check in is from 3pm when booked directly through our website.
All of your reservation details including directions and check in information is sent to you a day prior to your arrival. Our extensive guidebooks and handbooks explain how to use all appliances and Wi-Fi in our properties.

You can arrange an early check in and a late check out dependant on availability at a small additional charge, please get in touch to discuss your requirements with us.
Upon booking you will be asked to provide ID and sign our T&Cs via an online secure portal.
If you struggle to upload the ID, please email your photo ID to info@bluepuffin.co.uk
If we do not receive your ID or signed T&Cs your booking will be unfortunately cancelled.
Yes, we do take a fully refundable deposit of £250 for our properties when you book your stay. This is a preauthorisation deposit amount, which is released upon check out. No money will be taken from the deposit unless there is damage to the property or our terms and conditions have been broken.
If you wish to cancel or amend any part of your booking, please notify us in writing 14 days in advance of your arrival date for a full refund. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your notice of cancellation in time.
If cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

We welcome individual, groups and contract teams for long periods of time where discounts are available.
Parking is specific to each location. There will be at least good on street parking. Most of our properties come with dedicated and secure parking spaces. However, if there are no specific dedicated parking spots at your chosen property, we do provide details of the nearest car parking areas available.
We know that pets are an important part of the family. This is why we try to provide pet friendly accommodation where possible, we want you to bring your furry friends!
Unfortunately a couple of our apartments are not suitable for pets. However, the vast majority of our properties are exceptionally pet friendly. Please note that there is an additional pet fee to be paid.
Children and infants are welcome at Blue Puffin Stays. Unfortunately, there is no discount or subsidy for them as they count as an extra person.
Unfortunately, we do not provide travel cots or high chairs but you are more than welcome to bring your own for your comfort.
Due to the great care that goes into the setup of each and every property and the ongoing maintenance involved, emergencies are rare.
However, we appreciate anything can happen on occasion. This is why you will be provided with a dedicated 24/7 emergency phone number you can call at anytime throughout your stay, our team will work rapidly to resolve the issue and provide an alternative solution. Serviced Accommodation is place to feel like it is home-from-home. Everything is ready for your stay on arrival including sheets, blankets, towels etc. You can use it like a hotel, come and go as you please, but there is more space and cooking facilities too.
